New Lorry Park

The project involved the development of a high-specification lorry park in Hull, which included the installation of a large attenuation tank. Key elements of the works comprised comprehensive drainage systems, kerbing, ducting, and the installation of large interceptors to manage stormwater runoff and ensure effective drainage across the site

West Yorkshire Police, Wakefield

Carpark Extension

The project involved the construction of a new service yard and car park for West Yorkshire Police, under a full-package contract. Key elements of the work included the installation of a reinforced concrete service yard at the rear of the facility and a new tarmac car park at the front, which featured a retaining wall. This was a highly logistical project, carried out within an operational police premises, requiring careful coordination and planning to minimize disruption to the daily operations

Ryedale Units Pickering

New Commercial Units

The construction of three separate commercial units, which included the complete foundation work, ducting, drainage systems, and all external finishes. This project was executed to a high standard, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship. The project was completed on schedule, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

Grimsby Youth Zone

New Youth Centre

We are currently working with a repeat client on the new Grimsby Youth Zone project. Our scope of work includes the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) retaining wall along the riverfront, as well as the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and floor slabs

Pickering Park, Pickering

New industrial estate

Another comprehensive groundworks package, delivered from start to finish, involves the construction of all essential infrastructure for Phase 1. This includes the installation of SW/FW pumping stations, 900mm diameter concrete pipes, 4m deep foul drains, and the construction of the main roads on site. Once again, we are proud to be working with a valued repeat client.

ERH-Ltd

New storage area

We developed a 3,500m² storage area on a large greenfield site, designed for future expansion of the ERH Ltd storage facility in Sutton upon Derwent. Additionally, we installed a 200mm filter drain at the rear of the new storage area. Foundations and service ducting were also laid for the construction of new modular offices

Commercial warehouse

Comprehensive groundworks package for this project, delivered from start to finish. This 5-month project involved the installation of pad and strip foundations with holding-down bolts, as well as the installation of interceptor tanks and large-diameter drainage systems. Additionally, kerbing was completed for the car park and service yard. All work was successfully carried out for a valued repeat client
