New industrial estate
Another full groundworks package from start to finish, the works are to construct all the required infostructure for phase 1. these works include SW/FW pumping stations, 900 dimeter concrete pipes, 4m deep foul funs and construction of the main roads on site. Again working for a repeat client.
ERH-Ltd
New storage area
3500m2 storage area, large green field site developed for expansion to ERH-Ltd storage site in Sutton Upon Derwent. We also installed a 200mm filter drain at the back of the new storage area. Foundations and service ducting was also installed for new modular offices.

Full package of groundworks for this project from start to finish. 5 month project installing pad and strip foundations with holding down bolts. Installation of interceptor tanks and large diameter drainage. Kerbing to carpark and service yard. All carried out for a repeat client.
Kettlestring Lane
Concrete slab repairs
Slab repair work in York, removal of existing slab that had failed. Followed by installation of a new concrete slab to correct levels and an excellent finish. Works carried out for a repeat client.
